These Payment Terms apply to purchases made through www.canastim.com.

Canastim is operated by Velanthra Global LLC.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or other payment options supported by Shopify and our payment providers.

The payment options available to you may depend on your location, device, currency, and payment-provider availability.

Currency

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit your order.

Payment authorization

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if:

Payment is declined or reversed
Product availability changes
A pricing or product-information error is identified
The order appears unauthorized or fraudulent
The delivery address is outside our supported shipping area

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment providers.

Canastim does not receive or store your complete payment card number. Payment details are handled by the payment provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Payment disputes

If you believe a payment or order charge is incorrect, contact us before submitting a payment dispute whenever possible.

Customer name
Email address used for the order
Description of the payment issue

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method.

Refund processing is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or digital-wallet provider may require additional time to post the funds.
