These Payment Terms apply to purchases made through www.canastim.com. Canastim is operated by Velanthra Global LLC.

Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on device, location, and availability during checkout, we may accept:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• American Express

• PayPal

• Shop Pay

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Only payment methods displayed during checkout are available for a particular order.

Currency

Prices for United States customers are displayed and charged in United States dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed during checkout.

If a customer uses an account or card issued in another currency, the customer’s bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees. These charges are controlled by the payment provider and are not collected by Canastim.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

• The payment information provided is accurate and complete.

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount displayed during checkout.

• You agree to pay applicable product prices and taxes shown before order submission.

Submitting an order may result in an authorization hold. An authorization is not necessarily a completed charge. The timing of a completed charge depends on the selected payment method and payment provider.

Secure Payment Processing

Our store is powered by Shopify. Payments are processed through Shopify and other authorized payment providers.

Canastim does not directly receive or store complete payment card numbers. Payment providers process payment information according to their applicable security and privacy practices.

Order Confirmation

An order is not considered accepted until payment is successfully authorized and we send an order confirmation.

If payment cannot be authorized, the order may not be completed. We may contact the customer when additional information is reasonably necessary to verify or process an order.

Prices and Taxes

The price charged is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout when required. Free standard shipping is available on eligible United States orders, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order is submitted.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.

• Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

• Promotions may have eligibility requirements or expiration dates.

The final price and discount are displayed during checkout before payment.

Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments

A payment may be declined or delayed by the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital-wallet provider, fraud-prevention service, or other payment provider.

If a payment is declined, customers should verify their payment details or contact their payment provider. We cannot override a payment provider’s authorization decision.

Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized payments, fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity.

If an order is canceled after payment was collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Customers should contact hello@canastim.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped. Shipped orders may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Payment Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment or refund is incorrect, contact us first so that we can investigate.
