We currently ship eligible orders to accepted addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping is free on eligible United States orders. Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for transit, producing a total estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address or request cancellation.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing has started. Orders that have shipped must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products, including eligible custom and personalized products. Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers may return an eligible product and place a separate order.
