This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.canastim.com. Canastim is operated by Velanthra Global LLC.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship eligible orders to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be canceled and refunded.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders delivered within the United States.

If a shipping charge applies, the available shipping cost will be shown at checkout before the order is submitted.

Processing time

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process after payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or United States public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume.

Estimated delivery time

Standard shipping normally requires 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

The total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–10 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Order confirmation and tracking

After an order is placed, you will receive an order-confirmation email.

When tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We will make a reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.
